What This Is

This Trust Center is the hub for Hockey Anchor's Release 1 customer trust pages.

Hockey Anchor helps parents and guardians think through hockey decisions with structure, context, and clear tradeoffs. It does not make the decision for the family and does not guarantee hockey outcomes.

Core Promises

Hockey Anchor promises to:

  1. Support family decision-making without taking over the decision.
  2. Separate facts, assumptions, unknowns, tradeoffs, and confidence limits.
  3. Keep youth/player data collection narrow.
  4. Protect paid access through server-side entitlement checks.
  5. Use Stripe for card payment processing.
  6. Provide a support path for payment, access, refund, deletion, privacy, security, and trust concerns.
  7. Handle mistakes directly.

Important Boundaries

Hockey Anchor does not provide:

  1. Medical advice.
  2. Legal advice.
  3. Mental health advice.
  4. Financial advice.
  5. Academic, league, school, eligibility, or recruiting-agent rulings.
  6. Coach, school, league, or program outreach on behalf of the family.
  7. Roster, playing-time, scholarship, admission, recruiting, development, or coach-response guarantees.

Parent/Guardian-Led Use

Hockey Anchor is a parent/guardian decision-support platform.

It is not directed to children. Children do not create accounts. Parents or legal guardians submit information regarding their own player.

Payment, access, security, and privacy issues are prioritized for same-day or next-business-day response. General support target is within 2 business days. Refund and deletion requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
